Im really sick of the way whenever i email habbo hotel i get absolutely no reply this has happened many times. when i call for help from a hobba i get no reply either. it seems habbo has now changed and it only cares about how much money it can make from us. habbo is so quick to take all our money but if we need help then its just tough for us isnt it. anyone agree? also i have been banned for swearing at someone but what the hobba didnt do was realise that i was only swearing coz sumone was harrasing me constantly. fair eh? :@ :@ :@ :@ oh and btw im not a newbie iv been on habbo for 4 years

that is an extremely bias view.

before throwing these wild alligations, please consider the following:

1.there might not have been alot of hobbas/staff online at the time

2. hobbas/staff do not always come two seconds after you send a call for help as they get thousands every hour.

3. did you put in a valid email address for habbo to reply to.

4. habbo takes 3/4 days to reply to emails because of the sheer amount that they get every day.

They do take a while true but you have to remember credits are on a automatic system.

They didn't answer me once but it doesn't mean they're bad. Maybe like Dead said, I typed my email adress wrong. I don't think Habbo has a bad service and they are really trying to make Habbo look the best it can. And I'm really satisfied by the service.

well fair enough about the credits and im not stupid- i do realise they get a lot to reply to but its really frustrating when i genuinely need help and time after time i dont get it. i know i typed my address right as it comes down in a drop down box when i start to type it anyway...its been months iv waited for a reply so im thinking thats over 3 or 4 days. and it hasnt just been on one occasion. never have i had help from a hobba, and never have i recieved an email from habbo about my problem. the same has happened to some of my friends and my boyfriend.if the people who ran habbox ran habbo it would be better as it seems a lot more organised! saffy x :mas_wink:

Right well in my case if that happened I would go to london and find habbo ltd. myself and make a complaint about there way of negociating there e-mails. If they take my money like that and dont E-mail back quickly enouth I would tell them to hire more staff. I know they have a good profit and what most of the workers earn and I know they can hire lots. My dad would hit the roof. I agree and you should say it in there faces. Nobody messes with my dad (or me) xD
Well after that we would go to london dungens.

And also, I think if you have a AOL adress they ca't send messages to your because the filter deletes it?
