Yes. That would be illegal. I'm not 100% sure of a legal thing it would look like, but it would be probably come under fraudulance or soemthingf. At least you did get a response. i got hacked and waited 3 monthes for a reply that was an automated copy of the FAQ's.

I hink that mayb the habbo staff take your furni to make you pay for moe because this has now happened to me 5 times...Lost it all bought some more furni and lost again.....So on...Ive now learnt not to buy any more as m just throwing my money in the bin....

But you can't accuse them, you have no clue on who it was.
