Sakura Square seen on other Hotels?

Some fansites [not naming any] claims that Sakura Square has ONLY been seen on UK Hotel but is that true? I'm not really that sure but I THINK I've seen them on other hotels [which I forgot]. Please correct me if I'm wrong! :(

It was definately on Habbo France when V9 first came out..
It disappeared now. :/
