I'm not sure, but I think I might have an eating disorder....

When I wake up in the morning, I don't have any time to eat breakfast and during the day at school I will basically only eat a granola bar and a sandwich.

Recently I gave up chocolate for Lent. Is that a healthy choice?
I heard that if you give up something like chocolate, you will eat more because of the craving.

The thing is that I am at risk of becoming overweight and I can't eat more, which will make it worse.

Also, i don't like the taste of many fruits or vegetables.... so most of them are out of the picture.

So.... do I have an eating disorder?

No , loads of people do not eat breakfast in the morning and or course giving up chocolate is healthy , loads of people do not like the taste of fruit or vegtables either , do you know the true meaning of an eating disorder

Just pickiness .
I suggest you expand your eating habits , a slice of toast for breakfast or maybe a breakfast bar , whatever you can bear ?

Also , lunch get something that will give you goodness and energy ; a carbohydrate . Try a baked potato , with tuna or cheese , whatever you like .

If you can pls try new foods , aim for healthiness if you are on the verge on overweight , If your only obsessing , which is normal attempt to try having carbohydrates pastas , breads , potatoes or red/white meats and fish .

Experiment ;)

your surta like me, i cant eat anything really if you are stressed out this could be a reason even depressed may come into it. I find it hard to eat fruits and veg, i got round it by coming home and starting to eat sandwiches with stuff i never really liked in them like cheese sandwiches, now i love them its a way of changing your food pattern and in the end it makes you fell good about yourself
