Not entirely, there are 8 separate side quests. I saw one with 1k farming xp. Plus, people who want full dragon will want these.

pretty basic sidequests tho just take long as long as u have everything premade u can do it in lyke 30 mins all the side quests

Yeah, the more of the quest you complete the more items appear for you to buy, mods have confirmed it on the official forums. Edit - they're not the best gloves, apparently there's higher.

According to Mod Paul they're not actually dragon gloves, they just look it. And the best gloves are black ones, you get the dragon looking ones before you defeat the final 3 monsters in the quest.

No, they're not like boots. Black just happens to be the best pair. Well that's what Mod Paul said, I've yet to see them myself.
