Just don't think about it. Think about something completely different when they are doing it and you won't notice it. It'll be over and done with by you know it.

one of them isn't a needle its just a spray in your mouth.

uh depends on your tolerence to pain.
Didn't hurt me but i screamed cos im like that. and the spray hardly tastes of anythin but made me cough

I knew many people who were terrified before our TB jab. But after they wondered what they were scared for.
Its only a tiny sting. :)

nothing to worry about. The polio is just a sugar cube with a drop of it on and the tetanis is just a tiny injection. Nothing to worry about at all!

You no as soon as the needle went in you flung your body up and tried to run for the door but triped over and cut your head on the table
Now you are left with that nasty scar ?

Its just feels like a needle touching your skin, dont hurt a bit.
Personally i thought she had taken it out but the lady said i was done "/
And DONT tence your body up cause it will hurt for a bit if you do.

I think I should have this tomorrow? But I still haven't given my form in so I won't be allowed to have it tomorrow if it is tomorow. BCG Jab was nothing, so I should be able to cope with this.

My doctors didn't send me a letter to have something like polio or something when i was 15 so my mum rang them up and i had it couple of months ago.
And i was only expecting one but the doctor said "You myswell have the two now".
The one hurt alot and i shouted abuse at the nurse and she replyed with "Now i know why babys cry when they have to have it"
The other i didnt even feel :P

If your scared of needles then good luck
If not then good luck still :)

oooh, the tb injection was HELL, mine got all infected and swollen and now i have a huge scar on my arm which is purple [for some reason =S]
just dont tense up, it makes it hurt more XD

ino, but i had mine done in oct 2004 and it is 1 inch x 1cm, dark reddy purple and quite 3d .. yey ..!:eusa_danc

I didn't think that was bad actually. But a couple of weeks later when it goes all weird and pops and loads of puss comes out. Eww. I just got back from the shops when mine did that. :l

Mr. Salk didn't make The Polio Vaccine for people to be scared... I took it when I was 5. :P
