I don't smoke, I had a nan who smoked and died of lung cancer, (About 7 years ago). I can stand smokers but I hate the smell and everything about them.

I've only smoked once in my life when I was stressed and it did help. I've never smoked again since.

Smoked a few times, when am stressted, or when I have a crave for it, but the crave has gone and now become, Chocolate + sweets + Fizzy drinks, by thw way I used to smoke, Benson + Hedges [Gold + Silver] used to rob the from my dad

I was only 9, when I had my first cig, I saw my dad keep doing, so one day, I just took one off is and started smoking, He never know, even till today, Ive had probbley like 2 packs off cigs in my entire life, I don`t have a great risk off cancer

I smoked ONCE when I was 13. So that was like 6 years ago. It was because I was infront of some girl I fancied and she offered me one.

I don't believe your lungs will " repair " themselves, it's going to stay like that forever, I think. Like brain cells, you won't grow them back once you've lost them.
