I'd delete all the cookies in my folder than install shockwave again.

Delete cookies:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete cookies

It think it's because your still using the v8 client, how to update it I don't know.

MOD told me that it could be something related to you in having too much habbos on your console list. I suggest you to contact a mod and tell them to help you delete some of the habbos off your console list. Then re-download Shockwave and reboot computer. Hopefully this help :)

I think this will work:

Download firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com)
On firefox, download the shockwave plugin

And it should work :) Its prob a problem with IE
