i live in CHicago...USA and i return everything. Its america dude, if anything su.cks, you get your money back. Unless you live in UK...
but factions is gonna have more stuff to it so id get normal guild wars, play it for a month, get into it, then buy factions so you know what ur doin, but thats just me lol

get ur recepit and take it back if it doesnt work then ask for a refund and make up some bull if u have to and if ur young enough to have a parent with u then get them to help smooth everything out without meantioning that u seemed to have forgot to check the back of the box
