Hi,

Just noticed Seacat's thread about a rule update:



We have now added a new rule regarding selling Habbo Furniture for money, for example through PayPal. The following rule has now come into effect:

A31. It is not allowed to advertise your Habbo Furniture for money - Don't advertise to sell or buy Habbo furniture for money, for example through PayPal


In that case surely people can no longer buy Habbox VIP With Habbo Rares? As that effectively is selling rares for money

So surely there's a bit of a problem with that rule?

You arent allowed to sell Furni for Money
but I think you are allowed to sell furni for VIP

But still-That's basically still selling furni for money as you're paying out of a paypal account and getting furni in return

It's different, because you buy VIP for the other person not just straight money. The rule doesn't say that you can't trade Habbo furni for VIP. If you weren't allowed to do that anymore more, they would have had it in the rule or an Administrator would have announced it.

If you are constantly going to search for little hiccup's in Habbox so you can try and get your friends to make a big deal out of it then bugger off.

I was just stating that so that people like that girl that made that thread couldnt say anything-Actually I totally disagreed about the thread that was made a couple of days ago about Habbox but your response has just let the habbox staff side down-People like YOU are getting Habbox a really bad reputation-In fact i'm surprised you're still even here

Selling/Trading Habbo furni for money on Habbo is not allowed so we don't allow it here.

That doesn't answer the question jack...

He's asking "Can we still ask others to buy VIP for us, using HABBO FURNI??"

That rule would completely be broken everytime someone did do that.

It's an OK rule, but you need to make "exceptions" i think is the word.

I would assume it's still allowed, Habbox Management would have to try very hard to find out if they sold it for furni.

However I would wait until a Forum Administrator answers the question, unlike Jack who didn't answer it :(
