Add more color and detail to it and make it curve in areas that needs it. fix the shoes and add more border to it.

1) As someone else has pointed out you spelt knight wrong.
2) Your knight needs much more shading and the armour needs to look realistic. It would help if you went on google and had an image of a knight on there at all times so you can see what you need to do next and what parts look like.
3) The helmet doesn't really look like a helmet and needs much more shading.
4) The feather's sticking out of the top of the helmet are out of perspective.
5) The sword doesn't even look like a sword, it looks like a thin metal pole. Try adding more shading to it and add a handle.

I'm not trying to be nasty, just blunt with you.

Needs more detail man,
Try googling for images of the kind of runescape armor your using (Eg Rune Trimmed like when i made my Runescape guy). And last time i looked you dont see muscles through armor =\
The visor looks really bad aswell. Try adding black lines closer to the steel color but not to far away from black next to the visor lines.
