The layout hasn't changed for like 3 months ;o so we decided to change it.

Any further comments?

Ultimative does basically the whole design, but in places I do change it.

I am more invovled with content, and managing staff areas whereas Ultimative is basically focused at the sites main impression (i.e. layout)

It's a brilliant design and a brilliant site,

The only thing i dont like about it, With the list, Contact us, About us, Staff list etc, I dont think its easily noticed as you have to scroll down the page to be able to see those links,

Other than that brilliant :D
