We double post because the forum won't let us edit our previous post(only for a while, which isn't enough) (WELL DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHH):blue_doub , and when we include that in our thread, we still get edited by some moderator who tells us we broke the rules.
For your info:
If I can't edit my post and have a crucial piece to add to a thread is it really breaking the rules?
What do you guys want us to do? Make a seperate account and post so we can't double post? I reckon' you guys consider on the whole double post thing.:rolleyes_

I don't see what's so bad about double posting anyway?

If you want to add some information to your post later, you just have to wait until somebody else has replied to your post.

Wow, that's stupid. Wouldn't increasing the edit time limit to one day be smarter?

i dont think you can set edit time, cant remember.
Anyway, the point is so you dont re-edit a thread after it has been edited by a mod or has been stickied etc..
I think double posting after a day is fine as thats 24 hours later :).
-Ask a mod to edit your thread :)

What if no one does reply, like he's already said, and it's crucial, how would you feel, even though you can edit everything right?

Also - MAD - you can change the edit time it's in "vBulletin Options" :P

most mods i see allow a double post if the 15 mins have gone
The 15 minute edit rule is pathetic, it isn't needed. Seriously, how many other forums have it (other than this one)?
