Ok guys.
Myself and a few others are heading up a new project for habbox Live that needs to be completed a.s.a.p
If you want to be a part of it, and possibly join our webpage or graphics design team, then we need your help.
We want somebody who can custom make Habbo themed layouts quickly, professionally, and expertly. Anybody who can design layouts (we only need an image based one) and wants to help us out, should reply to this thread or PM me as quickly as possible.
As I say, anybody who does exceptionally well or whos work is chosen, will be offered a job within Habbox live.
What do you guys think?

Are there any coding places up as i'm not too much of a designer but I can code via Validation Rules.

No coding needed. We just want the layout that we can slice and code, sorry.

If you are a designer I suggest you get active on the Habbox Live forum pretty sharpish.

I was head web design when Habbox Live started, I didnt like the way they worked; gave you all the work, no credit. I quit about 1 week later.

newsie, if you are a webdesigner yourself why don't you make it? and you also clearly have no pride in habbox live if your going to use oliis layout..

I am not going to use an existing one.
He is going to make a custom one. I am a web designer yes which means I do the coding side.
Graphics designers make the layouts and seeing as HabboxLive is short of them we need to ask for help off other people.

Then get onto the management and tell them to change the job description.
Otherwise stop picking fault for no reason.
I cna design and code webpages (webdesigner) just cant design layouts.

Webdesigner is pretty much someone who can create a site from start to finish "/
You can quite easly build layouts without images, which are only an extra noneseental part in realty "/

You really have no idea -.- Images isn't essential for webdesign. Im not very good at graphics yet could make a perfectly good website using pure CSS and nothing else :S There are different aspects of webdesign, i used to be on the webdeisgn team (Very old username) and i personally think that i am not good at graphics. Yet thats why there are graphic designers too. Not every webdesigner can design layouts.
I see where your coming from but still. Webdesigners are webcoders

Here is my little view on what web designers are:
Web Designers must be able to create a website from scratch from creating the basic layout and containment of the layout and then apply style and colour. Also have good enough knowledge to add images and a nice structure to a webpage.
They must also be able to code it efficantly enough for most browsers and SEO.

Habbox live has something like 3 web designers at the moment. It wouldn't take anymore than that to make the site, and if it does then the current ones need to be replaced.

What encryptions said. Imaging and layout designing isnt ESSENTIAL but basic layout creation is required. It is preferable to know imagery so i suggest you learn how to create layouts with adobe etc.. But it isnt 100% essential to become a webdesigner
