Depends, 60+? Then go to the Mining Guild.
Other. Well I used to use the Barbarian Village rocks. 4 rocks, not too far from Edgeville bank.
But now they've revamped the village and I don't know where they've gone.
Sorry.

Are you f2p or members ?

if you are members the the coal mine will be best, this is north west of the fishing guild

The dwarf there lets you put your coal in his trcks, you can store 120 at a time, en you go to seers bank in take them out just north west of the bank.

Some people say west of ardounge is good aswell, but I think it's too far from the bank though.

Aren't the rocks in the barbarian village in the middle of the village? Thought I saw them there when I passed the village, they look like the ones in the crafting guild now.

A better option could be:

Power mine iron or other ores (if you don't know what power mining is tell me), then when you are a t a decent level, 60 maybe so you can enter the guilt, but steel bars, make cannonballs out of them and sell them, you make 200-250gp (depends if you get a good deal) profit per steel bar.
This way you get both mining and smithing up in a reasonable fast way (faster than making it all yourself) and you make a profit. ;)

You could get 60 mining by tommorow night if you power mine about 5-6k iron ore if you mine at ardounge monastery

Power Mining?

Power mining is mining some ore that respawns fast (iron, tin, etc, but iron is the best as it gives more xp), then when your inventory is full, you drop it all, then mine again, drop it, etc etc. Fast xp. :)

If you mine in the right places I.E. Dwarven mine, it can take just as long to bank than it would to drop all the ores.

But mining iron or mining coal aren't both as fast. ;)
Specially if you can't enter the dwarven mine's.

Ah thought you meant the mining guild part lol.
But still, it's faster to power mine on iron and buy steel bars later than to mine coal and iron and bring it to the bank and smith it into steel bars.
