Need A website Layout, Paying throne

hi guys i need a website layout made for my website
i need something similar to thinkhabbo.com as there the layouts i like

my colour scheme is blue and white

blue colour code: #84c3ff
and white

i dont pay until i have the layout
it must be coded and sliced as well

there White and Greyish but you can simply edit that with just a click of a minute.

Anyway layout will be sent coded once you paid me if interested.

ill keep you guys posted but atm i have my web designer doing something as i showed him olis layout and he said scrap it i can do better than that and he is slicing and coding for me and he is charging:

as long as hes not coding and sliced my layout

and yes it was crap, it wos good first, but u said;
take away the shading, do only 2 colors, ... and so on
and U were ok with it... so ... not my foalt !

the layout will use the same colour scheme that you used oli but were changing how we have the layout and dont go accusing me it is similar to yours becuz its been made from scratch by my designer

I'm currently not on my house computer due to a few problems therefore am at my Grand-Parents looking after them since there accidents.
