Hey, whats better to train at to get from 67-70 strength, experiments or rock crabs? Please help lol.

Id go with Rock crabs, they give clue scroll drops and theres more of them than experiments.

Rock crabs, greater ammount and better drop. (Exp's drop nothing)

Trolls 1k xp a minute :D You might need a bit of food though but once you're 77+ defence you get hit like a 7 once an hour :D

Well I got my str from 66-70 at the Tzhar caves and it took 3 days with 2 obby cape drops so I might get my def up there. Thanks for the help guys.
