You can Place chains off the wall.

For some weird reason, you can put chains down half off the wall. you can only put them down half off the wall on the right side of the room. Im not sure if you can do it with any other posters as I didint try them all. This does not require scripting, its just a really weird glitch. If you have some chains try it for yourself!
