Which random event anoys you the most? (just a random thingy)

Ey,

I'm killing hellhounds and I'm bored because I'm not getting any clues, all I get are stupid random events so I thought why not make a poll here.
So which random event anoys you the most and why?
To me, it's the sandwhich lady, I've had her like 10 times now and there is no good reward, ofcourse the swarm has no reward and the drunken dwarf has a rubbish reward aswell, but I don't get them as often as the stupid lady.
So which event do you hate the most?
