When staff first get on the job, they tend to be a bit strict because they want to do a good job. But after a while they tend to let a bit more things go. All and all, they arent bad. Some words should be out of the filters, but oh well.

Its sometimes.
Some staff are power-hungry and are strict for no reason. If you make a slight mistake they'll try and get you for it.
But other staff are easy-going and they don't get you for everything. (JackHB, Seacat, Neversoft, CortezHelsing) I'm sure there are more but I just thing of any of my head right now. :D

Some are strict, while some are really cool people and join in with peoples fun and have a laugh. I do think some MODs really need to look at true evidence before referring to a Super MOD/Admin and banning.
