Me :) Cause in past two months, I learned XHTML, PHP, HTML, A little JAVASCRIPT and im learning CSS. I also have started making layouts, trying to set up my hosting site, and am making my habbo fansite.

Well over 50% off people in the Website designing forum have achieved something. If you look back at old threads this year there are some great tutorials and people have posted links to there very first fully coded HTML sites.

he could mean a unix time stamp. or maybe a Transcription time stamp, as you would provide for a video on google?
Maybe a program start up timestamps, or the ones in your raw access logs
