Request Template + Coding [Habboish] only 3

Hey people out there... Well today im really bored and I have nothing to do so I thought maybe I could make people templates. All you have to do is post below the details of the layout. NOW THIS ISNT FREE, AS IM CODED IT FOR YOU TOO AND MAKING THE LAYOUT, IT WILL ONLY COST 6HCS.

I make them in paint then move them to fireworks to slice, then code in dreamweaver

Content: The top banner and right "advertising flag" must both be easy to edit without messing up the rest of the layout. The top left box should be a navigator, and bottom left for stats. In the centre there should be a content box and on the right column there should be two blank boxes (so I can edit them).

As you can see i did not make the layout but i themed it by moving thsose boxes around etc thats what i do mostly:)
