Well, um, at school the other day we had a lesson where we got out a tube of smarties, put them into sections (blue, pink, brown, etc) and found the mean. (maths)

Okay, to the point. Usually if you open a tube of smarties and count them theres more blue ones, why? Beacuse they contain more e numbers/colours (or something) and these make you hyper - and enjoy them more. This makes you buy them, the cycle starts again

Just a little smartography there ^^

Reminds of the Coca Cola company when they would add co'caine to their beverages so the customers would grow addicted to the drink. ;o

NO THEY DIDNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EXCLAMATIONPOINT!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They named it "Coca" Cola because they are made from cafinated-kola nuts.

He [John Stith Pemberton] named it Coca-Cola, because it included the stimulant coca leaves from South America and was flavored using kola nuts, a source of caffeine....

Contrary to popular belief, the coca leaf extract ******* was never added to Coca-Cola, per se. Because ******* is naturally present in untreated coca leaves, small amounts of ******* were also present in the beverage. Today's Coca-Cola uses "spent" coca leaves, those that have been through a ******* extraction process, to flavor the beverage. Since this process cannot extract the ******* alkaloids at a molecular level, the drink still contains trace amounts of the stimulant

THERE!

Why that wouldnt make sence anyway is...

YOU DONT DRINK *******!!!!!!! YOU WOULD BE VERY ILL IF YOU DID

And that is why they stopped the production of it and started again later! :l

By the way, Wikipedia isn't exactly the best source. You can edit the information.

The co'caine is pretty old.

Actually Coca-Cola used to have Coke in it.

Coca-cola was originally promoted as a drink "offering the virtues of coca without the vices of alcohol." Until 1903, a typical serving contained 60mg of *******. Today, it still contains an extract of coca leaves. The Coca-Cola Company imports eight tons of coca leaf from South America each year -- a substance that, if carried into the country by any regular citizen, would result in their arrest and incarceration for "drug trafficking..."

Drinking it does not get people addicted to it.

Actually this source is good. This conversation was on here a few months ago, and I used wikipedia. It still says the same thing. (wikipedia staff change stuff from major sources if its wrong themselves)

That site is contradictory, therefore wrong. They said they wanted to hide that they were putting cocain in the drink, yet they put 'coca' right in the title? That makes no sense. Not to mention the site is bias.

Actually, they still add small extracts from the ******* plant, so my teacher says, not the actual drug, just a part from the plant.

They all taste the same and eating too much chocolate makes you hyper.
They change packages too make it look more atractive.
If there is a blue package and a red package with the same product in it, the blue one is sold more, according to the changes of the smarties packages, because people think they look pretty, and people like pretty stuff. :)
Wh counts their smarties? I just eat them.
