Help! What to buy?

I have 8.5mil and Im lvl 86 combat I dont know what to buy armour and weapon wise could anybody give me some good sets.

Buy full dharock's with a whip and crystal shield
300+ def, and 85+ strength, and if you get low on HP switch to g axe and pop a 60 on that shizolle

Zammy Plate - 1.2?
Drag Legs- 2.1?
Obby Set- 900k -1m
Rune Boots - 200k
Glory -80k
