It's OK, but no way is it work 10HC's - the text and the buttons are really bad :P

I have changed it a little. I can't seem to edit the post, but it comes with a CSS style sheet!

The login system says Register. Not Log in. Weird. Maybe try putting Register/Log In.
You can get better layouts for free. I get layouts for free because I don't think half of the layouts on here are decent.

But, keep trying and soon you will get as good as Joe.

I agree with most of the negitive comments...

its not worth 10hc... i doubt anyone would want it at this time, if improved and price lowered there might be a customer out there for you...

2 Second look - It looks ok.

Look in detail:

Get rid of the scan lines or make them less opaqic - Not nice
Banner needs some sort of stroke on outside
Text links - Horrible colour, horrible text, stroke too dark.
EVERY font on there is terrible
