just got 32k steel arrows because a lvl 57 rangers just died next to me on karajama and i took all his arrows i plan on using them to get my range up but where should i start training my range is only 28

Try killing the scorpions in ardounge zoo, with them you don't need to worry about getting them back

from 1 - 30 range train on Monks.

31 - 40 train on Hill giants

41 - 55 - Lessers

56 - 75 Fire Giants

76 - 85 Black Demons

86 - 99 Blue dragons

Mkay, back to topic, here are some monsters you can train on as a f2p:
- Barbarians
- Dwarfs (outside mines)
- Zombies
- Lesser demon (wizard tower, you'll lose your arrows though, unless you can tele grab them)
- Guards at the house west of draynor village (the one used in prince ali rescue)
- White knights (pretty good drop for an f2p monster)
