I wouldnt buy it.
But i would definatly use it.
It's simple but elegant.

But the banner is not for every theme

It's nice. Although, it would look better centered. Also, if you changed the font on the links and sorted the padding out for the main content box.
Other than that, it's really good.

Edit: The font is ok actually, although it's just a bit too big.
