Habbo have finally decided to make some improvements in the new layout, if you haven't seen it, it's at www.habbohotel.co.uk.

Definite improvements:

RSS Feed (webzzz 2.00zzz pls)
Memorable Style
More eyecatching check in button
Looks much more polished than the old layout
Well set out sub-navigation
News archive (wheee...)
Header not wasted (previously header was for ads)
Alot of new content

Not so good things:

Layout could be confusing to a new user
A lot of broken links
Overuse of rounded rectangles
Scrolls down a long, long way
Many pages missing from the old layout
Register and login links just do the same thing - open the client
Needless change of domains (HabboShop.co.uk to HabboMobile.co.uk)

What do you think of the new layout?

I think it's OK. I wouldn't say it's rubbish, and neither would I say it's great, they've improved some things and made others worse. My favourite thing is the RSS feeds and my least favourite is the pointless Login and Register links.

I hate it overall, I think they have re-assigned the website developers with pixel artists and picked some randomer off the street to code the damn thing.

Its a professioanl to a point, then it fails to meet my "standard" in a way. I personally think its just me. They've turned it from a nice website into some kind of want-to-be portal.

I doubt they care about validation.
