When Do You Get a Pip?

I currently have 4 pips and 333 reputation points. I was wondering when it adds another pip on? Can someone please tell me? Cheers.

Pip for every 2000 posts i think.

Its everytime you get 100 reputation points if I recall, your rep power will increase with time, posts and rep recieved, I currently have 208 and I have 3 blocks, when I get 300 then I will get 4 blocks.
