Banned for nothing?

Erm a while ago i got a perm ban for apparently selling furni via paypal
Used helptool about it but there email service is poor :( I Didn't even say i was selling in the first place!

Now it says i need proof

What proof can i give =l

Also if anyone can help please pm me! :)

Technically it is their job to prove you are guilty, not your job to prove your innocence. If they have no evidence then the ban should be lifted.
