I have followed the tutorial on TechTuts.com but i cant register.

Yeh, i think there is

You have not done the sql databases correctly and the link you set u p is rong it is http://www.hablaugh.dkhosting.co.uk/user%20system./register.php when you register it tells you what is wrong that is because the sql is not done correctly
