What image editing program do you use?

I'm new to webdesign, and was wondering what you guys use to make your layouts.

I only have paint, trial version of fireworks and this weird PhotoStudio program that came with my Canon scanner LOL :(

Why do people use paint?

I use paint to do the basic "skeleton" of the layout which you could call a design brief and then use it and color it if it's good enough or totally remake it to that kind of design on Fireworks MX.

I find it easiest in Paint but i've never really tried in photoshop or fireworks

Hello.

I like many other people use more than one Graphical Editing Program. I use these the most frequently though:
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Macromedia Fireworks 8
Paint Shop Pro 9
The GIMP
Cinema 4D
Lightwave
Rhino 3D
MS PaintSome of them are for 3D modelling and Pixel Art.

Edit: And to Quote Adam050 yes Cinema 4D is really good value once you know how to use the basics of it.
