Everyone shades differently, be it lighter or darker colours of the set colour in place but everyone is different and to be honest, I wouldn't talk if I was you. -.-

So i may have copied a few things but recently i checked out Mr.Parasols' and he has copied lots of features, Eg ; The Chopper, Fountains , Gates Etc. So it's not as if you havnt done it. ;l --- i thought u were alowd to copy small things..

Its fine. Thats why its called Alterations and we have a disclaimer making it not copyright infringement but you said you made it from scratchand you really didn't.
