Question: Notice on Internet Safety

Simon has been told that an A4 article on Internet safety will be included in next month's magazine. The focus will be on the reader's personal safety when using chat-rooms. He wants you to research the main points. You must use an ICT-based resource and produce a questionnaire to reasearch the facts

(a) List the steps you used to find the information using the ICT-based resources

(b) Produce a questionnaire containing at least three relevent questions to gather information from your peers.

(c) Produce an article using appropriate software

This must show:

the information and guidance found using the ICT-based resouce
an analysis of the information gathered using the questionnaireI really do not understand what it is asking me to do. Can anyone simplify to me what to do, or help?

Use a serach engine and search "Internet Safety". Write down the key points and jot down the URL it was taken from. Produce a questionnaire asking people what they believe is the point to focus on when using a Chat Room. Produce a word document/Powerpoint presentation all about Internet Safety.

Yr 10 ICT has around 19 coursework areas, then u got stuff in each area to do!

Why wouldnt you want to do IT, IT is the best subject created even though you don't get to to programming etc. It's still good, maybe if your crap at it thats a different matter but IT rules! :D Everything to do with computers do! :P

Yeah, I had something similar to this scenario, except mine was based around the magazine 'Mag o Teen' make sure your questionnaire layout is decent as well, you get some good marks on that.
