Need Ideas For "A Moulin Rouge Party"

Well some time soon my Mum is holding a Moulin Rouge Party which over 150 people will be invited and set as a character and to play that part during that night.

For example: Satine will be brought down on a trampeze swing to perform the number "Diamonds are a Girl's best friend"

We need ideas as we are very impeitant when it comes to planning partys :)
