Ok so im trying to get into the whole website making thing

i used to have a Mafia site for mymafia when it was around my friend made it

i was talking to the guy who made it and he said i could use the source to get somewhere :P ok so i started making this

as you can see igot the simple thing but i make a new page on freewebs but how do i make the picture Bielby link into a small pop up as on the original site

You can't really have much dynamic content on Freewebs, as it doesn't support server side languages (or atleast I don't think it does). And I'm pretty sure you can't use any databases on it either.

whats the best site i can make my site in and it supports HTML and maybe a little bit ofPHP if no PHP no worries
