most likely just a new world, thats not official. i dont see the point in it really cos would get boring really fast.

All it is, is your own world, but you can edit stuff. Like you can have a party hat respawn. Kinda boring after a while.

played one and its not exactly like the actual game lags like hell and illegal.

It is illegal indeed, i got shown a site the therday which has info on it.

Thats how people get them banks with phats, full drag sets, and that for ebay most of the time. ;)
