Whats good to train on

Im training a pure and need to know what non-member monsters are good to kill.

Stats: 28 atk 3 str 20 hp combat:15

I want something with drops.

Not much with drops...I suggest cows.

Cows > Barbarians > Guards

sell for like 100 sumten each
then cows till 40 str as well

ull have well over 2k hides :)
sell for like 200 each
= cant do math

still if you can cut them you can get like 200 each and then oyster pearls 100

But the amount of trips you would need to do to the bank would make the training to slow, and 200ea wow hardly amazing
