Note:I want to have as low combat lvl as possible

get 55 mage

then hi alch to about 95

Cast curse and other spells that don't give you HP xp, then at level 55 cast high alchs till you die of boredom.
For range, use a cannon if you are member, so you don't get hp xp. :)

Leave your def to 40 Train str to 60+ Attack 60 do monkey madness and walah lvl about 58+
