Looking for an ipb board

I am looking for someone who owns the lateest ipb board. I am asking if they can set me up a private board so no one has access except me so i can see what it looks like i am thinking of buying one when my vbulletin liscence runs out. If they want i can do the same for them but with my vbulletin :).
