Not that hard to get level 43 prayer, you just need some cash and buy big bones.

You only need 994 bones to get to level 20 and 2184 big bones to get from 20 to 40, so yes it is easy.

Prayer doesnt take long, use drag bones

Prayer is really easy to lvl up, just bury most bones you get while training combat..
