It's, plain.
You need to add more images and add complexity into your layouts. You need to feel in the mood to design, run idea through your head, and then sleep on it. Wake up in the morining starting fresh and design it, that would be the best way.
The design itself is too basic for such a title of a company name. add more feeling into the template, and add nice touches which will uplift the desin in a whole. May start to think about adding headings, and add uniquness to the design, I have seen so many "tech" style website latly, I'm about to shoot myself. Mess around in paint on how you want things to look (WIP) and then think in your head if that would look right, then use your skillset to make that design come to life.
The template itself i would rate around 6/10, maybe less as I have seen better tech template. I'm sorry if I came accross so negative, but you asked for critisism.

Empty, lots of wasted space, over all theres not much there and its all pretty much the same thing, very plain very basic, also you have exseivly large gaps between content blocks, which is wasteding alot of potental space on the site "/

That is exactly the kind of analysis I want but never seem to get. Thank you so much, I will try taking it slower next time I get bored and wanna design. It wasn't intentionally a tech style site, in fact I wouldn't know what to put in to create one :S
Anywho, what you're basically saying is that I need to add little quirky graphics in to bring it to life? :)

I'm trying to find a mid-point of space that people appreciate. My last layout received bad ratings because the gaps between boxes was too small. Now I have a better idea of the spacing which is preferable. Thanks :)
Any more comments?

Yea, suppose its personal preferance, as i had no problem with the gaps in your previos layout. from a useablty stand point you only have so much space on a site, and big gaps dont realy make the best use of it.
But meh, not everyone sees it in the same way "/

The layout itself is quite boring and as Craig said you need to add more complexity to your layouts.. but remeber that designing a web layout isnt just simply making a pretty image. Some of the better layouts are done with very few images..
@Mentor: I guess it's a fine line, you want to use as much space as possible without making the layout appear cramped
@Splinter: Again with the fine line, I should have more images than I currently do, but not too many or else, again, it will look cramped
You guys are really helping, thanks a lot + rep

Yes, sorry if I made it feel like it would end up as a pretty picture. If you look through the designs I done for my own website, I had very little images, as it all relied on the content. The current version only has one main image.
Maybe two if you include the background. but nevertheless, you have to feel the designs you create. My PSD formats of websites are poor, and I mean poor. If anyone seen them, they would ask me how the hell I made a website out of it. I normally design it basic, and add more to it by coding it. and by the end of all that, I have to go back through altering the PSD to make it look asthough I created something out of it.
All I'm trying to say is, keep it simple, but feel your layouts design, yet in a way, add complexity.

I like it but as Mentor said it takes up too much space and as Splinter said it is quite bland.

My layouts are actaly quite image intencive looking at them, althogh non are from psd, i work from the code up, not from an image, as in the images are made for the code, not the code made for the images "/
- on that note i realy need to put some more time in to my current projects code "/
