Uhh i dont think being underweight is much of a problem.

I mean like if you are starving then it might be a problem but if you are underweight just cuz you have a fast matabolism and you have axcess to food then it is fine.

Being overweight is a big problem in the world today

peoples arteries are cloging and they are getting high chlosterall and having heart attacks.

You more likely to have heart failure being underweight actually if you were like 5 stone underweight you may suffer from heart failure but if you were 5 stone overweight you probly would'nt
