js slightly offtopic, why do people always add the horrid water marks, If people are gona steal em they will steal em with the water marks or not, all they do is make the layouts look more ugly "/

I like it. It all seems to go well and I think you've got just the right space between. Well done!

It's looking good but i'm not a big fan of having the navigation at th top underneath the banner, The spacing is just right i think.
I personally wouldn't have my layout set out like that but it's good for some people i'm liking the borders around the content boxes.
So overall Well done! And plus rep :D

The codeing on the page should be banned under the geneva contvion.. Gaa u should do i properly, its got about 40 times more images than it needs, shoved to gether in the most inefficant way imaginable..
U should have tiny images for most the content, which are streched, background shoul only have the ligtned bit as image, then let a hex based background colour take over.. more images arnt needed than are on that page ..
Summary
The codeing is awful

You say that everytime Carl. Its coded very inefficently, but I do like this design, do you not Carl?
I cannot code, I just slice it in PS and put iframes where I need them

I use to do that, but I have found a much better way. XHTML and CSS (Which means I be nice to Dan, and it magically gets done)
I can do css to a small extend but not xhtml, can't be bothered to learn

I dont use xhtml, i dont even do strick html, for lazyness reasons i just go with the transtion dtd for html so my sloppy codeing gets to validate

I think the template is a little too dark for my comfort, try and change it to a lighter colour, possibly around #CCCCC or if you like it dark, which may be pushing it #666666. Also reduce the opacity on the scan lines, they stick out to me from a mile away. I can now see that you are trying to add complexity into your designs, yet you still have some what weeks of practise before you can get the edge of designing. Don't get me wrong, you are progressing fastly and listening to every critisism you are having, but have a look around on the internet for past desing, take a couple of ideas, then thus will advance your skills with webdesign on a whole. Simple, basic, but effective is the key for a profesional website. Once you have had the training you need with creating design, move onto your own, take a couple of sheets of A4 paper, and jot down what you would think is nice. My desk is cluttered of designs, but I don't have the time to do it as I normally have clients.
Keep this up on a whole, you are advancing nicely.
@ Joe, I like XHTML too, but Dan yells at me to do it in strict xhtml validation. XHTML is simple, along with HTML. If you know HTML then you will most likely grasp XHTML in seconds, there is only a few different tag lines and excluding some tags which would be used in CSS. E.g. <font></font>
