You can sometimes get hold of one when big events are running, I had one for most of the duration of the Christmas events going on Habbo UK and the 'RAF4U' - Jenova I also had one for that.

However to keep one, Is very rare, Like Evolution he won his by winning the Hotel Manager for a week competition.

Celebrities/Visitors get VIP badges when coming to the Hotel unless they have badges designed for them.

Think he means that if you host an event for Habbo you get VIP badge. Like when official fansite owners host an event for fansite month they get VIP badge while the event is on.

If you do any sort of event for callie such as the cwgames, you get a VIP badge (this is so you can enter rooms when full)
