They didnt "lose" their badge they have decided to hand it in, as they are moving to another site like habbo, URL : www.fusion-city.com (http://www.fusion-city.com/)

I'm not sure if it's actually against the law. It is, after all, volunteer work. However, Habbo felt that with all the ever-increasing responsibilities and demands of being a Hobba the age should be raised to 18. I think a lot of 16- and 17-year-old Hobbas were handing in their badges within a few months as they found it all a bit too much, especially on top of 'A' levels. Annoying for people like me who applied just before the age limit changed, though, as they applied the new age rules to the applications (18th birthday in 4 months though so yay :)).

Yeah She has, I remember cos I was at that party too wootzy.. Think I saw you there. She didnt have a badge. I Thought the reson it went up to 18 is that new Uk laws state that No one under the age of 18 can moderate a online chat community. But dont know ah well. 18s not that great.. I have been waiting 3 months for my reply to my app so far.. Its a long process.

There are currently no USA laws that govern moderation age, thus the "Hobbas" are able to have commands.

Yes, there are.
There's a law known as the "Online Service Termination act" which states that only a paid staff member of a company can terminate a users access to their online services. Therefore only habbo staff can ban users.
Hence why "Hobba's" on the USA hotel cannot ban. :)

I know Emulsifiers is moving to Fusion-City, but that isn't the reason why she lost her badge. She didn't hand her badge in, she had it taken away for reasons I don't think she would respect other people spreading :)
I'm not sure about Kenco though. :s

I would like the rumours about Kenco to stop! Sorry to say this but they are a big load of dollop! I know the real reason and as Seacat said about Emul , I am sure he wouldn't like me to say.
