Whats the time BST? I need to ring paypal and I can't find out what the time is, 'cause they might be closed for the night/day.

BST is British Summer Time

Oh, is BST OUR time as well as GMT?

BST is English time when the clocks go forward, and GMT is English time when the clocks go back. So it is 21.50 BST.
