Jack, hardly anyone draws anime, I know like 4 people (Including my self on this forum that do).

Theres tons of shows which is great to talk about and discuss.

Not realy, its just the japonisese word for animation, and is used to describe animations comeing from there, or france as i belive the word is also a dirvitaive from there.
In japan animation thogh rather than simply being used to entertain kids is also used more commonly in what would be seen here as more adult films or programs, which include massivly more complex story lines "/
