hamster just died "/

6 days... um yeah came home from school and found her like cold and on her side. i tried shaking the cage a tiny bit but still was like rock solid.

so um yeah. how long has your pet lived for when it died? or if it hasnt died yet, how old is it now?

my other 2 hamsters were um nearly 1 year and 8 months before they died.

i cant remember how long my pets lived for, i havnt had any for ages..

my two guinea pigs died after a year when they should have lived to 7
and my 2 fish died like after a month, my mum finally took the last one off me and says im never getting a pet again
my favourite pet was my guinea pig, he was the best.
but im sorry about your hamster, thats a shame.

i figured out what it had
something called dritail [pronounced dry tail]
all hamsters have it like.. when their first born in stuff
so i got something to put in my new ones water so it wont die :)

I had a gerbil who lived for a year that was good.

i had 2 goldfish that lasted about 3 years.
then when i got 2 more a week later i had my gran round to show her i went in my room all hyper and then saw that they were dead i cried for ages (i was like 5 or 6 at the time)

uh my rabbit is 2 so far and my guinea pig is 5 ;] she's a helthy girl, her sisters died at

Marble - Just about 9 months, she was fine, then the next morning she was dead :'( i was very upset. It was like any other morning, it was a huge shock to see her lying there motionless.

Toffee - adound 1ish had something wrong with her,

Chelsea - Toffee was her sister, so she starved herself, she grew weaker everyday to the part where she couldnt move, me & my brother had to accept it was best to let her go.

The hamster we had "died " twice but had really gone into early hibernation we had to lie it on hot water bottle both times it lived for 4 years :) also got 3 fish, a rabbit, a cat and a 8 month old puppy :P

I had three hamsters over about 4 years.

Biscuit died when he was about 2 and a half years
Bramble died at 1 year and 2 weeks - very sudden and traumatic I think it was a heart attack
and Barley was almost 3 when he died. Poor lil baby. Id still like to have hamsters but I'm a bit too old for them :P I'll get a cat when I've got my own place with Karl....he wants a white one and I want a black one lol.
