Put a white stroke on the left and top, inside the boxes.

I don't link the way you've used dark colours inside and then suddenly a plain white background. Its a bit likes HabboHotelFM's layout. But, to be perfectly honest, its very good for your first. Mine was just a few boxes I drew up in paint using the box tool (the same way ThinkHabbo did it).

Cheers everyone. Im going to try and learn how to code, if anyone has any good tuts please post here. (link).
The only thing i dont like about designing these, is the colours. I thought that basic white looked good, but only for a 1st attempt. My next one i will spend ages looking for the right colours xD

Try adding special effects aswell using software such as Macromedia Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop. Navy is a very dark and dull colour and will probably hurt the visitors eyes on their first visit. Try using more than three colours. Make yourself a colour chart of a particular colour your after. From a very dark blue to a very light blue for an example. From this colour chart you can take colours and tones of the colour your after.
